Kind, courteous and very affordable. Saved me significant money on a job that other local glass shops refused to bid on and my other options were corporate shops in Tucson. By the sounds of the negative reviews it's apparent that Nogales Glass chose not deal with them because of their likelihood to be problematic. No one needs a headache customer.

Showed up hours late for an estimate appointment. After about 30 minutes measuring all my windows and other items, they told me they'd call in a few days to give me the estimate and never did. It's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard anything and i know they have my # bc they called to tell me the guy was running late. Don't waste your time with this company! I definitely will not be hiring them for my job.

I had the glass on three windows in the house replaced with two pane glass, by them, about 12 years back. They did a great job. About three months back I called for help because some of the rubber ligning on the windows started to come off. I made an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at my windows. An individual showed up right on time on the date of my appointment. I think his name was Marco or Marcos. He took a look and mentioned that the rubber lining was old and probably out of date, but needed Tobe replaced. That he was not sure that particular rubber lining was still available and that he would get back to me. About a month and a half went by and I did not hear from Glass and Aluminum. I called and and individual, I think Eric, answered. There was no one available but that before the end of the day someone would call. No one called that day. Next morning I called again and Eric explained that he had had to leave but had left a note for Marcos to call me. Marcos was out of the office and Eric would get Marcos to call me. Again no call that day. I Called the following day and Marcos was busy with a customer, but he asked Eric to tell me that the rubber linings were no longer available. I asked for Marcos to call me with perhaps other options. I received no calls and I'm still waiting for a followup call. Needless to say. If I need this type of product or service again, and If there is another business in town that can help me, I will go to them first.
