Great place to just work out. Unlike planet fitness you can actually just come in and start working out without having to dodge teens taking selfies or just loitering. Water fountain out of order and will need cash to purchase water or drinks. Showers are available but would have to walk through the gym floor to get a changing room. Still worth it in my mind as long as i can get a decent work out without having to wait for kids to move.

The best gym in town. If you're serious about getting into top shape then this is your only option in Nogales. They give you the freedom to be yourself while respecting those around you.

Greetings... trully enjoy Fitness Express..staff is highly respectful and helpful with many things,gym equipment,how it's used..this gym is big everyone has their space. I have not had any problems with members or staff..it's about respect..no comparison..no judging, great hours Monday through Sunday..you can buy drinks here..ex, energy drink or water..they have a cycling class .. along with punching bags, speed ball, jump ropes.. great fun productive environment ..thank you Fitness Express ????
