They go out of their way to answer any questions or concerns. They give you resources if they can't help. But they helped me fix my parents bathroom shower pipes step by step. And via phone. Even exact tools I needed. They could not afford a plumber and I had to try and fix it. It was hard but without them would bee impossible.

Many the owner was very helpful. I was looking for some gaskets for my spa heater assembly which I could no t find at Harbor freight, car parts store, a spa place store, Home Depot, or Walmart for cork sheets to make a gasket. Many looked and found the same size gaskets that I needed to find.

This place is great! Everytime I go in there, they are busy but manage to greet me with enthusiasm and a smile. They usually have exactly what I need and what i need in this area is usually from some historical structure with cast iron EVERYTHING! Old school touch and experience. Also, the nicest people in town run this place😎
