I have Select Home Warranty. They sent a tech who said he thoroughly tested my AC and a ground short caused the compressor to die. They refused to cover the compressor because they have an exclusion in their policy for electrical problems. It took a week to get to that point, a week of 105 temps here in Phoenix. I called True Comfort to get a quote for a new system, since mine is 15 yrs old. Tech came next day. In 30 minutes, he had the AC up and running. There was no ground short and the compressor was fine. Just needed a new capacitor, and a reset. Select Home Warranty still refuses to pay for the much lower bill. True Comfort is honest and highly qualified. They’ll be my go.to from now on.
I am very grateful that I found David and Living Waters when searching for an irrigation repair company. I was able to get an appointment in short notice for a leak that right up against the foundation of our house. David showed up with a team member and fixed the leak within an hour. We used Clover HS to repaint our home’s exterior. Clover was a bit lower priced than other estimates received. But they really came through in a big way. Matthew helped get us approved with the paperwork which I forgot. German was patient, efficient and clean , while doing a tremendous job. Both were patient and accommodating to questions before and during the process. We highly recommend Clover for your needs. 9.5/10
Being new to the area it is so difficult to find new providers and services. After doing some extensive research I decided to give B. Alex Massage a try. I was impressed as soon as I walked in and received Payton's greeting. The waiting area was pleasant and even better, the wait was short.Once in the massage room with its wonderful smells and relaxing music, Brandi consulted me on my issues and then expertly zeroed in on addressing them. She is gifted in the therapeutic approach. I am not a fan of the ‘feel good’ massage but a massage done right, even when it may hurt at the time, can’t help but feel good! I am so happy that I have found my Arizona massage therapist.It's a little drive north out of the valley but worth it. There is no traffic, no stop lights, just wide open Arizona sky on the way to this I17 frontage road location.The front desk is manned by a lovely young woman who welcomed me immediately and directed me on what to do as a first time visitor. The waiting room was comfortable and included beverages if desired.There was no pressure to join an automatic monthly massage club or sign an agreement or provide my credit card for monthly billing. This is a quality and professional establishment that showed concern about my well being.

Saw Windy for my first massage. Had a really bad muscle pain by shoulder blade. I feel like a new person. She did muscle loosening all over and stretching. Definitely will be coming back. Very comfortable and relaxed. She knows what she's doing?

Anna is amazing!! This is only my second time I got a dip manicure from her. Since my nail guy and family retired after doing my nails for about 6 years. He left his salon to another family member, who does subpar work. I've tried other salons in the past, in anthem and Tramonto areas before, and wasn't very impressed with the quality or price. I found my new salon.
