I was in the market for a different insurance company, I had assumed my prior issuance that id rather not name because of military affiliation was the best price that I was going to get. I called Tim Graham’s office and was transferred to a Jessica Goodman and let me tell you she was extraordinary. I informed her of the price I was paying and who I was issued with. She was skeptical she could get me a better price but in her words “due diligence was necessary”. She was able to find me a new insurance plan that gave me the same coverage with glass and renters included for less than what I had currently been paying. I am now a loyal Allstate customer. You guys are really (truly) there when needed. Have anyone contact me and I’ll convey the details of a stressful time for me and Allstate was there better than advertised.
