Desert Lawn Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home

My grandmother Jenny Lee Cassel was buried here around 1966, by my now deceased parents, Bernie and Dorothy Ripper. Is it possible to get a picture and location of where her tombstone is?

My mother passed away and I live 4 hours from Bullhead city. The assisted living referred me to Desert Lawn and I am so grateful they did. EVERYTHING was handled with respect and care. I could not have asked for more.

I have never been so offended in my life, as I have by this funeral home . This is absolutely disgusting how I was treated while grieving my life partner. Would highly recommend seeing another mortuary before choosing them . I will say the lady Linda is fabulous and maybe if she was the one who helped they would receive a better review

I would like to leave a review for Raymond Valeras! We have buried my mother and father here at Desert Lawn. Living in another state has been really hard. We visit at least 3-5 times a year. We are always greeted and treated like family by Raymond. Since his employment here the premises have been immaculate and held to the upmost standards. It gives us relief to know that where we’ve laid our parents to rest is being very well taken care of! Thank You Raymond for being that person to us! We will forever be grateful! Desert lawn you have a Gem in Raymond!

The staff at Desert Lawn was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My mother had paid for a preneed plan a few years back and that made the process regarding her disposition far easier than it might have otherwise been.

Everyone at Desert Lawn communicated and took care of everyone in my family and of course the excellent care of our Mother. We spoke many times about all the details of the service and it all went beautifully. Thank you All so very much. You are appreciated.

I live in Anaheim Calif, i drove to the cemetery to visit my mom and put flowers on her grave site, i was walking around and I met this wonderful ground keeper name Raymond, he was amazing he helped me clean my mom grave site, visiting my mom is always had, we went over and beyond to help me...he is a great employee.

Beautiful grounds and warm, compassionate people that work here. Linda and Ellie have been great. These are beautiful people that know their job and how to work with the public. I can't thank them enough and I am forever grateful that my loved one is resting here. These folks are very professional and on top of things. Highly recommend. Thank you again. 5 plus stars. I used Desert Lawn Funeral Home in 2020 and again at the end of 2024. I also needed assistance a month ago in 2025 with a situation that had nothing to do with them. Linda has been so caring and compassionate throughout and has gone above and beyond to assist with my military family. Not just anyone can work in this field, Linda and Desert Lawn go way beyond five stars. Thank you Linda for taking care of my family, you are a wonderful person.

Raymond has improved landscaping and upkeep of grounds— he is a great asset to your staff
