We contacted Westover Law Firm after receiving notice that USCIS was going to deny my wife's i-130 application. We met with Jesse, the principal attorney, online via Zoom. He was extremely professional and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. Westover helped us prepare a response to the NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) we received. The cost for this service was very reasonable. Any time we had a question or concern we sent an email to the office, and Emma always responded with very clear instructions the same day. Emma is a very helpful legal assistant at Westover Law Firm, and we could not thank her enough for her professionalism. The response we submitted to USCIS was extremely organized and completed in a timely manner. Two weeks after submitting our response to USCIS we received a notice: my wife's i-130 was approved!!
