Mr Nysather is an excellent attorney. Keeps me updated on my claim expeditiously and is great as legal advisior. His staff is polite and knowledgeable on the current case. He goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend him for any of your counsel needs. He dont advertise on television like any of those huge firms. He's a no bs, straight up, on the point, great attorney. I would highly recommend him before going to any other attorney. 5 stars for sure. Every law office I contacted wanted my name and phone number so that an attorney could "...get right back (to me)". A few were forthright, and said that they don't handle just property damage claims (evidently, the money is in injury claims, based solely upon the significant number of injury firms in the Valley, and the very small number of which that are willing to pursue a damage claim). By about the fifth one, I started ASKING if they would consider a property damage only claim (see attached photo). Some hedged, some were upfront and declined, and some outright LIED. Wade & Nysather is one of the latter. As it was not an attorney on the chat, pursuing the matter with the State Bar would be futile, as they would claim that he or she was simply misinformed. The disingenuous part is, I'd be willing to bet that isn't the case, but that they want to gather as much data as possible in order to cherry-pick cases and create files. You know the old joke about why they bury lawyers at sixty feet? Well ...
