Updated 11/16The staff, Sara and Sherea, (sorry if it's spelt wrong)and even Dr. Matt reached out to me and were apologetic while accountable for me falling through the cracks. I had my appointment with Dr. Matt yesterday and I can't express how insightful and meaningful his attention to detail was. So many things that were not addressed with prior doctors and also ongoing suspicions from some practicioners were validated further. I am again feeling hopeful for the plan we have in place and moving forward towards optimal wellness.I was feeling hopeful when I contacted vitality and expressed my frustration with the last company I had just left due to poor communication.... read full review
