Highly recommend Verve!! The laser spinal decompression has been helping my lower back pain. The entire staff is also amazing!!

This has turned into such a disappointment. Kathrin Davis is great, but it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. I have had some issues that needed assistance from this group. Over the past 5 months, I have left a total of 6 messages on the appointment line and have not received 1 call back. After several years, I am switching practices. I have 2 open health issues to finish up, if I can get a call back to make an appointment. Then I am so happy to change practices.

Absolutely shocking facility- the reviews are true- Do not go here for any reason. Some examples of the fun I've had - had an appointment at 3:00, parked at 2:58 and started walking in only to receive a text saying that I was late for the appointment and it had been canceled. This was not a new appointment and I was not required to arrive early. I walked inside to show the front desk this communication and they were extremely rude! Keep in mind I was in the building 2:59. They could see nothing wrong with canceling the appointment. They were snotty and rude and said - so do you want to see a provider? Umm obviously yes. Another example- they drew almost $2000 worth of labs and forgot to bill insurance. Yes, forgot. So I received a bill for the entire amount. I work in the medical field and am extremely aware of how these practices should look and how to read my medical bill. I called my insurance company to confirm that no claim had been filed. I then went to the office in person to be told I was wrong. I told Them I verified with insurance. No apologies. It has now been months and still they haven't filed. Oh well. When I had the labs drawn the office created an appointment for me. Normal. I arrived and they took me to the back to draw labs. I waited in the chair about 20 minutes when someone came in, got prepped to pull blood, then stopped and asked me why I was there!!!! She had no clue what labs they were collecting for. SCARY! Why are you asking a patient? This was not to verify- she asked because she did not know. Another example, we were told that primary care can NOT prescribe controlled medication. Since when?! Funny thing is, one of their providers prescribed me a controlled medication with zero issue, yet when my husband went, he got lectured at treated poorly. He was told only specialists can prescribe controlled medications . This is 100% false. They also decided to personally attack my profession when I attempted to explain the field in which I work. Without saying what I do, let me tell you it's quite a bit more advanced than primary care. They stated that just because I work in X does not mean I know anything! lol . This was coming from an MA. MA is a medical assist in which no medical education requirements are necessary outside of having a GED. But ok ;) the owner should start reading these reviews and revamp the practice. From his bio he looks very well educated and it's shocking to believe he would knowing allow this behavior to continue. The message is loud and clear- you are attempting to offer a service for people and their families in a time when they feel sick, uncomfortable, scared etc, and yet, front desk and staff are allowed to treat patients with zero respect and lack proper training. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but came here out of curiosity to see how others felt and thought I should give some forewarning to anyone considering utilizing this group after seeing so many one star, similar reviews. Stay away.

Horrible, horrible. Horrible they don't return calls they don't respond to requests. They don't respond to labs. They don't schedule appointments. Accordingly they don't put in request for labs. Accordingly they don't follow up. They just have a lot of excuses and it's all in cahoots. Don't go there. Tracy and Bethany are not helpful, look else where. You should not have to chase down return calls, lab results or prescription refills! My family of 7 experiences I caution you, beware!

Beautiful state of the art building with a friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have a lot of joint issues due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I always leave there walking better and standing up more straight.

This center is is not the center to go to if you are expecting any kind of human touch or kindness for lack of better words. They run the clinic (the primary care side) like a factory. From my first visit with them, having contracting covid and needing medical clearance for work, to needing to be seen unfortunate digestive issues, the CNA's or NA's I have encountered have all been robotic and and just not friendly. It's very difficult to see the same provider and the 3 I've seen have have also been robotic, all about the computer, non- personal always just a bunch of questions while looking at their computer. I am currently sitting in an exam room for over 55 minutes after arriving on time and seeing my provider at the reception upon checking in , chatting with staff, rubbing lotion up and down her arms. Lol!!!!! Can you get anymore unprofessional? After sitting down, waiting to be called I further witnessed my provider talking and chatting and walking about the clinic. I got into my exam room in a fair amount of time- 10 min or so. After a long now 60 minutes of waiting and listening to her chat outside of my exam room, I have paid my last co-pay to this insensitive, unprofessional clinic. I hope the Medical Director and Manager of this Dept. takes heed to this review. I was initially referred to this clinic, but will never refer anyone here. Caring, and friendly goes a long way...We as patients all need it and deserve it! Shame on you.P.S. I am the operations coordinator for a cancer treatment center.

I love my Dr but the front office is very rude and mean! The first time I brushed it off but the second time I can't let it go. A prescription was not filled and the girl I spoke to was talking down on me like she is on a power trip and annoyed with my questions. Unbelievable. I see others have the same complaint. Hopefully someone will see these reviews and make necessary changes right away.

I was referred to this practice by my doctor that retired. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. I really like my nurse practitioner but the front office staff is rude, inconsiderate and appears to not like their job or people. Most people who come to a doctors office are sick or have a challenge of some kind and kindness goes a long way.I won't be back I will find a new doctor.

This center does provide many services, but the customer service or receptionist for the Medical side is very rude at least one if them! Instead of taking ownership for her rudeness and not understanding of one's situation.
