Dominick was very kind, personable, and communicated the entire service process well. I was impressed with Hunter, the manager, as he was also very friendly and I observed him training a new tech. I could tell that he was being thorough and patient. No pressure to replace wipers, filters, etc. Great communication on future needs
I’ve been here twice now and both times it was such an easy process. They were quick to attend me as soon as I pulled up, they were clear about what was being done and offered me extras without being pushy at all. Honestly this will be my go to oil change from now on. Their prices are super fair and they always have a coupon on their website. If you go to this location, ask for Hunter & Calvin!
Absolute STELLAR team at the Baseline and Gilbert location. They went above and beyond at explaining to me what I needed and why I needed it. I went in for an oil change and came out in a matter of no time. The team communicated the entire time all while making sure I knew what was taking place each step of the way. Cameron was kind and courteous, the ✨FEMALE MANAGER✨ BELLA SLAAAYYSSS love you and your nails girl!(she had a green set w/ a frog french tip😍) and Calvin was absolutely STELLAR!! Thank you so much to the entire crew. I’ll be coming back to this location again, and again!
