I went in today with my bestie and found a hair fragrance I really liked but it was out of stock. Lovely Cassandra helped me by checking if it was in stock or in the back. Though it wasn’t in stock at the location yet at another location it was, I decided to go with a different scent. Really appreciate her help checking for me and hope to see her my next visit 💕
I was reluctant to visit ulta today. I have been searching for a makeup solution for my combo, perimenopause, aging skin and past visits have resulted in a literal grey face, purchases that were subpar, and overall remorse but I maintained a commitment to all my disappointing purchases out of convenience- for years. Trying brand after brand, with help lost times. Today, I came in again with a solution of my own. However, Brian stopped me and listened to my concerns and makeup history. Holly is literally a brow wizard lol! I hadn’t touched my eyebrows in over 5 years and was hesitant to get them shaped because I felt they were too sparse on the ends. Holly listened to my concerns and reassured me that sometimes taking some hair off will make your brows looked fuller, and she was right!! I feel like my eyebrows properly frame my face now and I am so happy with the results! She was also super gentle and the waxing didn’t really hurt at all. She is the only person I will ever trust to do my brows going forward!
