Absolutely wonderful experience- will be returning if I have any more tech issues. The staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, VERY fast and friendly. They’re officially certified to repair Apple products and very affordable. I brought in my laptop to have the display replaced, and as soon as the part came in, the repair was completed and ready for pick up within a few hours. They also double checked the device after in front of me to ensure there weren’t any other additional things to repair on my 7 year old laptop (MUCH appreciated as it was a well loved laptop). The staff (Jared) is very friendly and efficient. I upgraded the software on my computer and also cleaned my computer and they were very quick and efficient. The prices are all reasonable and fair. I also purchased a new Macbook Pro at an excellent price( almost half off the regular price).. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for friendly and efficient service!!!!!
My experience with The Orchard has always been the best! They help me with everything I need! I am a college student (online) and am not always the best with technology. Sparky has literally trouble shooted with me over the phone several times to help me out in times of need. He goes above and beyond his specific job scope for resolution to issues.
