Despite delays and poor product delivery by Simonton (no fault of Grizzly), I finally got the replacement sliding glass door with matching hashtags today. Communication before and during the installation was excellent. Daniel and his partner were absolutely awesome!! Professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly.
