The Desert Root was a great company to work with. Everything (plans, installation and follow up) was professional and timely with concern for customer satisfaction. They always asked for my input and demonstrated patience by adjusting their plans while offering knowledgeable suggestions. Everything looks beautiful! After moving in to a new home with an unusable, sloped backyard, we interviewed several of the top-rated landscape designers in the area. We dealt with no-shows, lack of communication, and sketchy at-best timelines and quotes from several of them. I called Tara at The Desert Root and from the first visit we knew we found a company that actually seemed to want to earn our business. We had the most amazing experience working with The Desert Root on our backyard design and installation for our new build home!
