Love this gym, recently switched over from Eōs. I typically go at night due to my work schedule and just overall preference due to less crowd past 8pm. Lots of positives to say about this gym, wide range of bev’s / pre/post workout options, snacks, some cool merch as well, good range of machines and plenty of space. Only downside is the daytime / afternoon staff does not seem like the friendliest or enjoys their job very much. Atmosphere and vibe is a big part for me when it comes to a gym I go to since it’s my home away from home, (as I assume it is for a lot of others. Half the time I come in during the day I barely get acknowledged or even just a hi when signing... read full review

Nothing but good things to say about this gym, incredibly affordable, the friendliest staff, amazing equipment selection, sauna, cold plunge, recovery room. Not to mention free rent for trainers!!

Been looking for the right gym for myself for the last year... I tried a couple of gyms in chandler that ended up being not what I was looking for in a gym. I decided to give The Gym in Mesa a shot even though it's a 35 minute drive each way. Upon entry Adam was awesome giving me a thorough tour and answering any questions I had. After 1 workout I was sold. I have never been to any other gym in Arizona that has the amount of equipment that this place has. Plus the vibes are immaculate..everyone for the most part is there to work...not scroll on their phones or monopolize 4 different machines with their circuit for 45 minutes.
