Had a great experience here today checked in online and it said a 20 minute wait then I got a text saying that I’m up next and I got to the store checked in didn’t even sit down and was taken for my haircut, Marissa is great at cutting hair was quick and made my hair look great I’m going with a bunch of different styles trying to see what I like the most so I will definitely be going to them moving forward and has great convo too doesn’t feel forced at all. Wait was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but I did not check in online, simply walked in, so I guess that's on me. Kam took me back and I explainined my health issues which makes it difficult for me to wash my hair. She immediately welcomed me and took it from there. She took such amazing care of me and I'd like to express my gratitude for her amazing attitude, professionalism and compassion. Thanks so much!

No waiting and friendly service. Nice that you can check yourself in. Didn't try to sell/push "product" on you. That's enough for 3 or 4 stars by itself. But then there was an older gentleman with a walker that was having trouble getting over the curb and they came running out to help. That was so nice.
