Very weird shop, called to make an appointment and couldn’t. Then upon arriving was not greeted until despite being empty. They couldn’t say hi cause I wasn’t checked in? “How can we say hi when your not checked in and we don’t know your name” simple by booking my appointment, by asking, by welcoming, by introducing yourself.
Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location.

I look forward and enjoy my monthly hair style (cut). The ladies always treat me like a King. Such a great Team of ladies. I am treated like the first customer of the day. VIP treatment is always satisfactory.

Stylists here are nice and cuts are great but the whole sign in online process doesn't work. Sports Clips needs to figure something out because signing in ahead of time doesnt mean anything. I'm sure I'm not the first one who's commented on this. I totally get it doesn't set an appointment, but when I sign in online and it tells me I have a 65 minute wait and then I arrive at my time and tells me in-store I have another 60 minute wait, something in the system needs to be changed. Sports Clips please figure this out! 3 stars are for the company execs who came up with this system not this location. Bridget is awesome.

I mean, theres just so much that I love about the service I get at Sports Clips. Firstly and most importantly, Brianna is flipping amazing. Ive had good service from other stylists but she is head and shoulders the best. She knows my exact cut and delivers it every time with perfect accuracy. The MVP is my treat to myself and I always leave with a big smile on my face and an amazing haircut. I will keep on coming back and look forward to many many more superb haircuts!

In the past year I've had 4 different stylists cut my hair. Every one was great. Amanda (my first) annotated my preferences so when I get a different stylist, they know what to do.
