I found Debra the service writer to be friendly and knowledgeable and she kept me advised as the repair progressed.
Dominic my tech was easy going and I found him to be very knowledgeable when it came to trouble shooting and reparing my X-15. He knew within several minutes what he thought was wrong with my engine and after running the diagnostic he proved to be correct. He even advised me of some other issues that I had and did not know about.

She got me wrote up and then showed me where the drivers lodge is.
It's a very nice and clean lodge.
Great chairs and a tv and vending machines.
The mechanics are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing and communicate with you on the issues.
Very good place and out come for a bad situation lol.

Just had a conversation with Dominic about issues we are having with our skoolie. He answered all my questions, and gave me great info about steps to take next We live in it full time so getting repairs takes planning. He took all this time even though they are not certified on our brand and was kind enough to direct me towards a repair center that is certified.
I really appreciated his time and the education I got.
