Wes was amazing. I was there for several hours getting some work done while I had my kids with me, and my very social kids kept talking to him. He was so friendly and engaging with them, which I really appreciated.
While I was there, I watched several customers come in and out, and everyone seemed genuinely happy with their service. The customer area was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Most importantly, I felt like I could trust the work that was being done. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wes was great . Under new ownership . It's a day and night difference. Gave me a great price , got it done when they said it would be done . They explained everything my car needed , and other things that could wait . I never experienced that kind of professionalism in a shop . Thos is my go to shop for all my repairs. This is the first time that I took my car to this location at Meineke call Care Center a few blocks from where I live, and was greeted with respect and open arms from the manager spoke to him about the problems that my car was having and he was very familiar with what I was explaining him about the problems of my car he assured me that he can get the car examine and find out exactly what was wrong with the car gave me a good deal on the pricing and perform a great job on my car, I usually go to my own mechanic but they failed me so I'm making Meineke my new mechanic shop to go to thank you to the manager and his group of mechanics for taking good care of my car I appreciate...read full review
