We had a water pipe burst in our garage which soaked the ceiling and walls Once the water to our home was turned off, the dry wall and insulation fell down creating quite a mess. This was around 7PM Saturday night. RMR was called by our plumber and they were willing to come out at 10PM but we were exhausted and scheduled them for Sunday am instead. They quickly assessed the damage and worked from Sunday to Thursday to make sure the walls were dry. Personnel came once each day to move the fans and dehumidifiers to curtail any wetness that could lead to mold in the walls. Stellar customer service - pricey, but, given that we had not one, but two major flooding incidents, we did not want to skimp when it came to restoring our home back to its original glory. The team we worked with was super communicative throughout the entire process and there is a reason why we went with them a second time :)
Great experience, thanks to Austin! We had a leak that was causing mold under the flooring in our bathroom. He explained the process to repair and prevent future issues. The cost was more than reasonable and the work was completed before I got home from work. Highly recommend.
