I had excellent customer service from the very beginning to the very end. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with to get my appointment scheduled. She was polite and professional, and so was the plumber. My brother is a plumber so I was concerned that this was going to be a very big job. Mitch came and saved the day! He had my toilet working within 5-10 minutes after replacing a few parts. I was So grateful as this team communicates phenomenal! They contacted me before they came so I was able to put up my 2 Large German shepherds so that he was able to work effectively. I definitely highly recommend this company! Thanks Reidhead!!!
