When my son passed, RMFH was on my list of referrals, and I'm so glad I went with them. I spoke with the owner, whom I immediately liked, and I worked directly with McClain.
He was very patient (I asked a LOT of questions, and sometimes he had to explain the same answer more than once), and I never felt like "a number" or that my son wasn't a priority.
McClain even answered questions unrelated to my son's burial, like how he got in the business and if he'd ever watched 6 Feet Under (lol). Although I had never met any of the staff before, this was a family atmosphere that I appreciated during my time of grief.

Had the most amazing experience working with Red Mountain Funeral Home for organ retrieval following my surgery. Everyone was so nice and kept constant communication, picked up the organ and held it for me until my follow up appointment (since I live out of town) so I didn't have to make an additional trip out of town! If I ever need more organs out I'll definitely be back here!
