The office staff was very polite, and professional when I called to set up my estimate to replace my AC unit. John met me at home early, so I wouldn't have to rearrange my work schedule. He took measurements and talked about what unit would best fit my home. I had an email with a quote for two different units, with what the cost would be. I was very pleased with how I didn't feel pressured to purchase. I was able to get scheduled quickly. The techs who came to do the install were efficient, and very knowledgeable. At the end of the job they went over the equipment, to make sure I knew how everything worked. I can say with confidence that I fully recommend Red Mountain!
We had a wonderful experience with Red Mountain Air recently. We originally hired another company to come out… it was awful. After telling me the repairs needed were $1800 they then tried to get us to buy an entirely new unit. They had a sales manager call me and try to barter a price, it felt slimy and like I was buying a car. I felt the services and advice we got from Red Mountain Air was honest and fair. They said our system did not need to be replaced and the repairs were priced reasonably. I’d recommend Red Mountain Air in a heart beat!
