I would HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain AC to anyone and everyone!! The unthinkable happened to us. On the first 111+ degree day of the Summer, on a Saturday afternoon, our main AC unit suddenly gave out. With little kids and pets in the house, I wanted to get the issue addressed right away. Upon calling Red Mountain AC, Tim answered the call; very friendly, polite, professional and considerate. He assured me that they would be out later that same day to get things looked at. For almost two weeks I have been contacting various air conditioning service companies in the Scottsdale, AZ area and Red Mountain Air Conditioning turned out to be the clear winner. Tim's attention was quick, very instructive, and without pressure to sell extras that I did not need. I spoke to him on a Thursday afternoon and by noon the next day he had my new TRANE air conditioning unit perfectly installed for a fairly reasonable price. The team of technicians led by Jhovan did an excellent installation, and they were very respectful and efficient. I know that I cannot be in better hands.
