I have had Quality Pool Service for a couple of years now. I would recommend them. Most important to me is when things don’t go to plan or I have an issue that isn’t part of normal schedule they are extremely attentive and on top of it. They have a good ethic of taking care of the customer no matter what and doing it very quickly. Companies can give great service but when something unexpected happens how efficiently can they take care of it? This company is very good at giving a great customer experience.

Started out great while we had an amazing technician. He got promoted and it began to decline gradually, due to their lack of knowledge and inexperienced staff. Every week become, one more issue, another battle of information and lack of follow through. The lack of professionalism in the end became the reason of termination. It became exhausting to keep up with it all and for the money we were spending it became, not worth it, after 2 years of service.

Quality Pools built a beautiful outdoor pavilion and kitchen for our backyard. We were pleased with the professionalism and communication during the build process. They kept the worksite clean during the build process. Quality Pools were very collaborative and gave great suggestions to help us take our thoughts and concept to a fished design. Quality Pools were more economical compared to other bids and provided a great value. We are very pleased and happy to have worked with Quality Pools and would highly recommend Quality Pools to others.
