Being a fourth-generation Arizonan, I know how to take care of a pool. However, recently, I was moving and had my home on the market. Since I wouldn’t be there to look after the pool, I reached out to one of my neighbors who runs a pool service. He referred me to ProCare Pool Service, which would visit his house in a few days.
When Eddie arrived at my neighbor's, I went over to meet him. After he serviced my neighbor's pool, he came over, assessed my pool, and set me up with service that day. I had been procrastinating and needed to clean my DE pool filter so my friend referred me to ProCare Pool Service. I reached out to ProCare Pool Service via text message and Jon contacted me by phone that same day.
On the date of service, Jon text messaged me when he was en route for our appointment. This allowed me to get the dog inside, etc. My filter’s backwash hose was deteriorated from the Arizona sun and Jon did a temporary repair to the hose at no additional cost. This allowed him to backwash before cleaning my DE pool filter. It also save me a trip to the pool store. Again, more procrastinating on my part.

Best pool service we’ve ever had! Communication is superb. We get weekly pool reports emailed to us with pH readings, etc (see photo). I’m shocked at how organized, well-knowledged, and attentive they are and don’t get me started on the customer service — friendly and so courteous! A++++++ service!!! Best in the valley!!!
