Our 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback was not acting like himself…he was lethargic and had loss vision in one eye. Dr. Emily Ozmun was our doc when we first brought him in to Power Ranch. Our boy is very anxious and not a fan of the vet. She and the other techs were very patient and did all the could to slow down and assess him accurately. We had a concern after leaving and Dr. Emily called us back that day. It was identified after tests our dog had Valley Fever. Dr. Emily called us after each blood test to talk with us and make a plan, and even emailed a summary of our conversation so I could properly reiterate it to my partner. Everyone we encountered at this office was very kind and patient. Dr. Batty did a great job explaining everything that was going on with our cat, and what we should look out for in her recovery. Highly recommend this pet hospital!

The staff is phenomenal and welcoming, not to mention efficient and respectful of their patients’ time. They treat all the animals with so much love. The facility is very clean. 10/10 would recommend!
