Power staff and instructors just weren't qualified enough to handle Adults. No Training what so ever. When did the customer have to fight to be instructed and allow to train. Took my membership, my Instructor gee and money!!! I filed a complaint with headquarters....still waiting on my response. Just terrible and took my ranking 3 years of hard work!!!!
This is the 3rd place I took my almost 5-yo twins to, and I got to admit the atmosphere and most importantly senior master McFarland' technics and friendliness are awesome! My kids love going there (and I sure hope they'll continue for many years to come) and senior master Susan McFarland does not pressure and upfront about cost, etc. Highly recommend this place to parents of young kids
