I'm honestly not sure why this location has such a poor rating. I went in today for a biopsy and truly had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were great. They explained everything and were so nice. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any female care I need in the future.
I went to Planned Parenthood Mesa to get birth control and had a really positive experience. The staff were kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They took the time to explain my options, answered my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or judged. I’m grateful for how easy and supportive they made the process, and for having access to care like this in our community.
I have health anxiety due to horrible experiences with doctors gaslighting me but not with Dr Jessica Contreras. She was kind, patient and really went the extra mile to find out what was going on. I will be coming back to Planned Parenthood and leaving my regular OB/GYN. 10/10 service!
