The Doctor was great but financial aspect not so much so…My insurance says my procedure is covered at 100% and no deductible because surgery is not in hospital but yet Pivot told me I have to pay 3500 $ out of pocket so beware. Call your insurance to verify yourself

Huge fan of the world class team running this program and clinic. You tell them your goals, they explain your options and what they think would be best (they’re always right) and tells you when it can start. They’re there during to help you find an appropriate payment plan or options for those who can’t. They have full transparency with all prices. They have endless amounts of resources for people to know exactly what they are getting. They’re there after to help you keep off the weight. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. If you're considering going to Pivot, you'll be happy you did. Promise.

Dr. DeBarros is an excellent surgeon and really wants to help people achieve life-long goals and health. (Reason for 4 stars) However, the hours are misleading. If you want to come here, prepare yourself to miss a lot of work because they refuse to schedule anything past 9:30 in the morning and then it will take a full hour to be seen. It's worth it in the long run but very inconvenient and off-putting.
