It was easy to set up AC repair time. Then repair man was exactly on time and very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Price was reasonable. Being a landlord of 7 units they are my only AC company now.
Kino the service technician did a great job. We would like to have a better explanation of what the family protection plan we purchased covers. We haven't received a written explanation of what is covered.

Recently, I needed help with one of my AC units, that went out on friday evening, and by Saturday morning they had someone out for diagnostics. The unit had to be replaced and they were ready to go with a crew of 4 at my house Monday morning at 7AM and worked until 8PM.
All the guys that came over were professional, helpful, and even did the extra work I was not expencting and asked for. My wife could not believe how clean out house was afte they were done as the even vacumed....read full review
