I am so impressed with Norris Air. Their people are friendly and skilled with AC repair and maintenance. They have won awards like the BBB Torch of Ethics award, which is not easy to do. I highly recommend them for all things Air Conditioning.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and He saw me on a Sunday morning didn’t charge me after hours or weekend rates and when he came out he looked at the unit inside and out and went under the house to check duct work gave me info on the 5 areas that were causing our system to fail and he knew we weren’t in the best spot financially so he gave us a rundown of what needed to be fixed first and ideas of small fixes with our filters and settings and electricity to help it not short out again until I could address the other issues

We have used Norris Air for 5-6 years with 2 previous residences, and this recent appointment was for new thermostats and a system check at our 3rd residence.
