I have been getting massages from Megan Guerrero since the middle of April, 2023. Every massage that I have gotten has been top-notch in every way. She has great attention to detail and provides great relief to my aches and pains. In fact, every massage that I have received at Natural choices has been exceptional.

Amanda is a true healer ad has helped ease my body aches and pains! I highly recommend her and the office staff is kind and helpful. I don’t need a Chiropractor right now, but if I did, this is where I would go!!!

Amanda Brooks is fabulous! My first massage she tried the cupping. I didn't know if I would like that or not. She always asks what areas to work on. I like a very gentle touch. She gets all the stress out.

We are proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Synergy Stones, Cupping and Medi-Cupping. Our specialty's are mixing massage and movement with a structural approach to improve alignment and your ability to move more functionally and comfortably. The beginning of our bodywork is gentle, passive joint movement and rocking to open up joints and torso, improving circulation and range of motion and giving the feeling of spaciousness from head to toe, followed by massage at the pressure you specify. We also often work some foot or hand reflexes (Reflexology) to detoxify and restore internal balance to specific areas.
