We had an emergency on a Sunday morning and Ken came and evaluated the situation and scheduled the leak detector for the next morning and the work was completed by Ken and his assistant Levi! By Monday afternoon we had running water!! The best!!!

The plumber (Ken) and his trainee (Levi) were both dressed professionally and very courteous. They diagnosed our issue quickly and did the repair. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up leaving the area as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and will use Mr Rooter as our go to plumber in the future.
