If i could give zero stars I would. This is based upon my run in with Molly Maid employees who were parked at the gas station off of Thompson and Hunt Hwy on 6/2/22. Two of the Molly Maid cars were parked in front of the gas station. My husband and I attempted to park next to one (the only available open parking spot). The driver door was open while the ladies were switching supplies between the cars, so my husband and I waited for them to finish and close the door so that we could pull in and park. We are in a large black suv, so we obviously waited for the door to close before parking. However, when the ladies finished, they left the door open and walked towards the gas station entrance. We honked to let them know their door was open and the ladies gave us rude hand gestures and screamed WHAT?! Before turning around and walking inside. So, my husband had to get out and close their door so that we could park. They were incredibly rude! We went inside and when we came out there was a hand written note on the windshield that stated “Check your PTSD.” Mind you my husband is a Veteran with a Veterans license plate. Is this how the company wants to be represented? Absolutely deplorable actions by the employees of Molly Maid. Will never, ever hire them.

The ladies that come to my home are fantastic. I've had Gail for about 24 months. Monique for the first time but she knows what she's doing. They are on time and do a great job. I love that they bring their own cleaning supplies and tools. The office staff responds to calls quickly if I need some flexibility, they are friendly, and professional. I would recommend Molly Maid and my team to anyone and everyone.Service: Standard cleaning

Had the worst experience with Molly maid. The cleaners did a horrible job. The kitchen and bathroom was hardly cleaned. I had to call them again to redo everything they missed. In addition, there were items left in the home that were not to be touched. The molly maids threw them away. After asking the crew what happens, deer caught in headlights look. One of the crew members even started getting frustrated and yelling at me. I informed her that she needs to clean and leave. Then, I was proven right that the team did throw away the items after reviewing security footage in my home. They didn't call me when they arrived to the home and also no one called me when they left the home, and the door was unlocked. I complained numerous times eventually I was supposed to receive a $20 discount, which never happened. Molly maid cleaners are unprofessional, overpriced and horrible cleaners.

HE IS UNPROFESSIONALI worked for Dan for 3 different days yes I had child care issues doesn't mean I shouldn't get paid !He tried to pay me for $46 and give me $3 cash with no paystub after I went 3 different days cleaning 9 houses in total which was 3 houses(jobs)a day.heres all text messages all dated please look at how he treated me while having a hard time but I get back up this EMOLOYER WONT BREAK ME.I will not work for free especially cleaning houses and filed a labor claim already

Please do work here and review this post . This man is a very unprofessional and very crooked! He had the audacity after he was so asking people at Des if they wanted a job . I went to work and was having childcare issues I called the night before and he was rude and bitter I decided not to attend feeling uncomfortable he then shows up AT MY HOUSE in the morning asking why I wasn't going to work !!!! I've never in my 26 years had a employer show up at my house. Then he is now holding my check hostage and as per law should of mailed it two weeks ago ! They get weekly pay and he says it was returned which makes no sense . He then proceed to tell me to return shirts and I ask if he would deduct he said I would have to pay for shirts ($18-$20 each) and shipping lol. I filed a wage claim this is very unprofessional calling and asking nicely because It should of been mailed long time ago I worked 3 days before Xmas . It's now June 6th. He also told me to Worry about my kids just look at the photos don't lie !!!! I just want my money poor business owner stealing people money they work hard for. Edit 1/6/21 HE TRIED TO ONLY PAY ME $3 AFTEE HE TOOK $40 FOR TWO SHIRTS HE CALIMED I OWED. I WORKED FOR 3 DIFFERENT DAYS I FILED A WAGE CLAIM .

I had used another service and their pro left my wood floors full of streaks. I tried to fix it and couldn’t fix it. The first time here the ladies were able to get my floors streak free and I couldn’t be happier.Update: not all of the cleaners were as good as the first two so I discontinued the service. The last one ruined my wood floors. When I called to complain, they said they would send someone to fix it. They blew off two appointments and then nothing. I would not use this service if you want someone who will back up their work!

I had several difficulties just making an appt. for a day and time. I was very disappointed with the service. It was supposed to be a "deep clean" and take 3 hrs. It wasn't. They rushed through 2 hrs. and many things were not done well. I have photos that I sent to the office and will include in another reviewService: Deep clean
