We have purchased flooring from LL flooring prior and loved it. We have an addition that we really loved and wanted the previous flooring we had purchased. Scylla from the Mesa, AZ store new exactly the flooring we were talking about and was able to find us our flooring on the east coast. Amazing customer service, we received a follow up call from her with delivery information the very next morning. She could have very easily told us it was not available because it would have taken extra work or it wasn't out of her store but she didn't. She aimed to please the customer!!! Very much appreciated and commendable.
Had flooring done first floor , bedroom, closets two bathroom, Caleb , was the installer, great job also a nice young man , his cuts were right on perfect, we were happy. Gary Mary Ann C.
