I love training with Aaron. It's never boring! Having two knee replacement my workouts are tailored to my abilities. Currently I'm participating in a challenge to get ready for summer. You can't go wrong with Aaron in your corner.

Because of Rob’s training, encouraging motivation and sharing his nutritional knowledge, I am down 17 pounds in 40 days and feeling fantastic. Well on my way to the long term goals established. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Rob helped make a big difference in my life by improving my mobility. He showed me muscles that I didn't now exist and helped resolve some aches by teaching muscle exercises and gentle stretches. I'm convinced now that the technique he teaches will prevent expensive and unnecessary hip and back surgeries. Very happy with the results. I was able to hike 6 miles with a climb of over1000 feet in the 9000-foot mountains over Flagstaff. Only two weeks before I was limping after only a few steps and only hiked 1 mile (65-year-olds deserve better). There is a big difference now that I know what to stretch. Working on my Core with Rob Elder.
