What a FANTASTIC store and the customer service at this place is 5 STARS! Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I have been wearing glasses for many years and came in to this store to change my prescription and choose new frames. Unfortunately I had a few issues with my new prescription. Brian , Scott and Marco were AMAZING at making sure everything worked out and that I was happy: I wish every store had this type of customer service!!!!
Highly recommend! Very helpful! We needed to get a new pair of glasses for my daughter and they were able to find a pair she loves and we had them the next day! They have a great selection and warranty on their glasses. Ashley and Shea were both wonderful!
I sat on my glasses and broke the wire on my frame. I called Scott and brought my glasses in to the store. He had them fixed in about 10 minutes! Fantastic store with exceptional service and great frame selection. You definitely have earned my business!!
