My original nail salon was closed today and I really needed to have a fill done!!! Was seen very quickly everybody was super nice. And they give you a discount if you pay in cash, which is really nice. I will definitely keep the salon as my emergency back up if things don’t work out at my original salon.!!!! Very happy
First of all let me say I have going to L&B nails since it's conception. Cindy is an amazing nail tech. And we have created such a good report that I have stayed with her through two ownership changeovers. However the new owner is lacking in customer service. I always request Cindy to do my fill in and pedicure. And the owner is very difficult to accept the fact that I asked for and only want Cindy to work with me. This may seem selfish, but after 4 years working with Cindy I'm not open to a change. This rating is nothing against Cindy as she is the best nail tech they have there! I came to this location twice so far and had nothing but good experiences. The waxing services were on point with time efficiency and care. The second time I came in n pretty late in the day. Thankfully I was accepted in and there was no rushing me to get out the door. The service provided was above expectation and everyone has love my nails since I had them done! Thank you for your continued consistency of care for your clients.
