Christina Ross (FNP-C) and One Medical are the perfect combination for my healthcare. My questions are answered thoroughly. Christina listens and cares about her patients. If the office is closed, a patient can get advice and help 24/7 from the care team at One Medical. Appointments are easy to schedule and there is rarely a wait to see your provider. I'm happy I don't have to go anywhere else for lab work. Definitely recommend Ms. Ross and this office.

One Medical for Seniors has been my doctor's office/clinic for 3+ years. The office waiting room is roomy & relaxed. They even have a puzzle you can work on if your early for your apointment.

They are sometimes busier right after lunch but they get the flow going pretty quickly.
The front desk Is usually just one friendly & helpful person. If she is behind backup appears out of nowhere and helps check in rather than letting a long line.

The actual exam rooms are a bit to a lot bigger than you normally see in a doctor's office.
You always have a nurse take you back who asks the standard questions while getting your vitals.

If you are 55 or Oberon, this is the place to go. They work in health teams. I have never had the care. And professionalism that I get from my health team of Yvonne Velasco and Christina Lantz. They are very thorough and they explain everything to you. If you feel that you are not getting the best treatment from your present primary care physician give Iora Medical One a try. They only work with Seniors. Make an appointment with Yvonne or Christina today.
