Inland Kenworth - Mesa

Trey the technician did awesome work, and Mark the service advisor did awesome work getting most of my warranty claim covered. I brought my problem child truck in for derates, after having been to another dealer 3 times, where they quite frankly, just threw parts at it.. Trey was assigned the job, and he spent lots of time troubleshooting, researching, and testing the engine. Took time out of his day to call me and discuss issues and findings. Communication is way better over here. Other shop I just dropped truck off, they ran the codes, wrote it up, and pulled it around back to wait for a tech. Excellent place for all repairs on your vehicle. Debra in service, Steve (shop foreman) and Chase (technician), went above and beyond, to make sure that my Kenworth was back on the road, in a correct and timely manner.
Everyone as well on the staff keep my mind at ease.
Highly recommend this facility and I for sure, will continue to associate myself and vehicle with the team in the near future !!!

Best kenworth I ever been to I love this place so much they fix my truck in just a few hours and the staff was amazing they went above and beyond if I need anymore work done on my truck I will definitely return here thank you all for your excellence ?
