NEW SUNSCREENS
Kyle & Roy replaced our older sunscreens on our home with new frames and sunscreen material. The job was done skillfully, professionally and at a good price. The new screens really enhanced the look of our home and will help with the summer sun’s heat. The guys genuinely took the time to show us the different styles, material grades and shade percentages that will help cut the sun’s heat to the home’s interior. They even stood our old shade next to the new screens; which showed a dramatic contrast between the two products and how time and sunlight have damaged the original 15-year-old screens. Imperial Windows & Screens is a great company that believes in quality work & doing what is right for their clients. I received a quote from them in a timely manner & installation was seamless. about 8 months after installation, my windows & screens were cleaned & the window cleaner discovered an issue with some of the screens. I called Imperial & they did not hesitate to come take a look at the problem & offer a solution at zero cost to me. They replaced the screens that were manufactured incorrectly & it was all a seamless process! I will definitely recommend them to friends & family.
Used Imperial for my sunscreens and am very happy. The sunscreens are just what I expected and the price was very reasonable. I had one screen that needed adjusting and Roy came right out and took care of it. Impressed with the product and the service.
