American Home Shield assigned my service request to Ikmar Plumbing (Santa Clara Valley, CA). Jesus came out to diagnose why my tankless water heater (installed by another company sent by AHS on 7/2024) was dripping water from tubing going to the neutralizer. He said that part of the installation had not been done properly which is why it was leaking from several places. Once the needed parts arrived, Jesus came out and installed everything correctly. I had to have my hot water heater replaced. They promptly noticed that I had an ongoing leak. They answered all my questions and sent me all my options for the hot water heater and leak repair. They were very responsive, polite and professional and got all the work done.
