Mark came out on short notice when my water heater failed. The work was excellent and detailed, to a degree that I didn’t expect. Was very impressed with a contractor that seems to truly take pride in what they do. So much so, that I contacted him for help on another project for a senior member in the community. He came out and helped and wouldn’t take payment. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Phenomenal service! Not only did mark go above and beyond to take care of the task at hand, but did so in a very timely manner. Communication was also seamless and coherent. Would without a doubt recommend Mark and his team to anyone in the Phoenix area!
I haven't had the opportunity to have work done with Mark or "I know a guy" home repairs. However this evening I did have the opportunity to meet Mark in a not so ideal setting. I had a not so minor car issue in the parking lot of a business. To say the least, I was stranded with my 4 children- AAA service unable to help me for over 90 mins. Mark and a number of other very kind people, jumped to my rescue! Without his quick actions and directing the other people willing to help, I most def would have been stranded for hours in that parking lot.
