If I could give this office a negative 10 it would be appropriate. Love my doctor but have to wait weeks to months for an appointment. I have been having to use the ER as a doctors office. I now need a referral for a Cardiologist. I made an appointment with Honor Health 2 weeks ago for the 21st of February. This was the soonest I could get in. Due to the fact I can't get an appointment any sooner, guess the ER will have to serve as my doctor. By the time you get an appointment with this office, you're either dead or using ER like I am. Sad but true
Professional staff and doctor, quick response, great customer service. Taking care of patient with very good follow up consultation and advice, easy to contact.
Every other person seemed to be having the worst day on earth. Luckily the people who I needed to mainly deal with were nice. I was just there for a blood draw but I was going to ask about their mental health services until I experienced the employees and that will be a no go. It's really unfortunate when a medical staff is so unprofessional and unfriendly.
