One of my AC units went out and we were able to get a technician dispatched same day. Excellent communication from Jennifer during the scheduling/dispatch process. Nels was our technician and he was great!! Super friendly, well spoken, used shoe covers in the house, explained the issue and pricing options in a way I could understand, he had the parts available and did the repair on the spot. Super impressed with the service received! Will definitely use Hansen Family again!!
Excellent service! Arrived within the hour after I called. Cameron found the problem and quickly fixed the clogged drain in the a/c unit. He also checked the drain on the second unit to make sure it was clear. I rated it reasonably price because I called in the afternoon and they came right out, I didn’t have to go a night without a/c. Thank you.
Chad and his helper YL installed my water heater , they did a great job.
They arrived on time and left the area clean .
