Overall, Great Clips aims to provide a great cut every time with its ClipNotes system, but some inconsistencies in service have been noted.
The salon has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have praised the stylists, such as Kylie, who made them feel comfortable and did a great job with their hair. Others, however, were disappointed with the service, such as a customer who was not satisfied with the way their hair was cut compared to the picture they showed. Despite the mixed reviews, customers generally appreciate the early opening hours and the lack of long wait times.
I had Kylie(sp?) tonight. Told her I tried to be a hair stylist and she laughed and said it wasn't the worst she had seen. Hahaha, thanks honey, guess ill look into a new career! Asked for it to be evened out and she did great. She's very sweet and made me feel comfortable.
I love going there open early and it’s not a long wait. But I was upset that the gentleman that works there that cut my hair did not try to cut it the way the picture I showed him that I wanted on went there Saturday 8/24/25
I don't typically leave reviews but I want to give a shout out to Amir. He was so nice and friendly and did a great job handling my extra long hair. I had a lovely time in his chair.
