Omg, I have been to extremely high end salons, and was very disappointed, I came to Great Clips to see if I can finally get the hair cut for me. Cosmo was my stylist, she did a fantastic job, on what I've been longing for.. Her great personality, so friendly, easy to talk to totally understood what I wanted for my hair and ran with it.. Cosmo you rock, I love my hair... My new hair stylist, love it....

I was discriminated against because I wore a face mask to get a haircut.I am getting over a cold and didn't want to get anyone sick, especially right before Christmas, so I wore a mask.I went in to get a cut, 2 stylists, no crowd. When it was my turn both stylists were available. I don't know her name, but she walked over to the other stylist & told her to cut my hair because I was wearing a face mask. Later, when my stylist was cutting my hair, she asked if I wouldn't mind removing my mask for a moment to frame the hair around my ears properly, I said not a problem. I love this store so much! Christinaand Crystal are the two that cut my hair and I never have a problem with them, from when I had semi long hair to when I decided on shaving my hair and growing it back out, they've always done a great job! Philana is so amazing as well! The vibe in store when these three work together is so homey that it feels like a home away from home. Super professional and 10/10 would reccommend!Service: Haircut
