Just left, they did a decent job but all the ladies seemed almost annoyed that customers were coming in, lacked any customer service, I even overheard them talking poorly about an apparent regular customer that was going to be coming in.
Also I am certain the lady cutting hair was tweaking or something, she was definitely on something.
I had a great haircut & took advantage of the coupon, I thought it was such a good deal & gave a bigger than normal tip. Then I got a call an hour later ..... and ........ I took off without paying! I came back right away & took care of it- thanks again for the deal and not sending ICE after me.
Has been my go to place for the last 20 years. Usually very please. Shop was basically empty and I was in a chair in less than a minute. Felt like I was part of an assembly line and couldn’t have had a quicker hair cut. Think the cutter had somewhere better to be. Will try a different location next time and see if I will continue using Great Clips.
