My first time at this location really felt welcomed. My stylist was friendly. listened to what I was looking for with my haircut. End results was i got a great haircut and I will return, hopefully for a repeat performance.
First time going to this location. The woman who cut my hair was super friendly and greeted me with a handshake. This location is a little further than my usual one, but I'd definitely come back.
Yesterday I waited for over 2 hrs, because my preference is to have Magaly cut my hair. This is not a complaint! There were 4 others waiting for Magaly ahead of me. I wonder why. Magaly is amazing with her scissors, she is precise and is very confident in her execution. Most important she listens carefully to what you want and will repeat it to you to confirm her understanding. On one occasion I didn’t wait for Magaly, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The day after that cut I noticed a large gap in the layering on the left side, I called Great Clips and Magaly graciously advised to come right in, and she fix my cut for me.
