About Germaine Allen Dr

Germaine Allen and the team at Family First Physicians are highly regarded by their patients for their excellent care. They have been caring for a family since 2010, including the husband until his passing in 2017, and at one point, all seven of their children. Patients feel listened to and taken seriously, with ample time given to discuss concerns. The staff is commended for their responsiveness and attentiveness, taking extra time to accommodate appointment booking for patients. Germaine has respected a patient's established routine and has maintained it for 13 years. Another patient has been seeing Dr. Germaine since 2005 and is very happy with his care. They appreciate his referral to a urologist who did an outstanding job on a cancer removal surgery. The staff at Dr. Germaine's office are described as nice and caring, making patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, Dr. Germaine and his team at Family First Physicians are highly recommended for their excellent care and attentiveness to patient needs.

As a patient of Family First Physicians with a complex health history, I am VERY thankful that my husband found this group. Germaine and his group have been caring for me and my sons since 2010. His group also cared for my husband until his passing in 2017. At one point, this group had all 7 of our kids. He takes my health VERY seriously. He listens to me, to my concerns, and he takes the time to discuss anything I have concerns with. I NEVER feel rushed. In fact, he asks if there is anything else we need to discuss or have concerns with before he leaves the room. The staff is always in contact with me and returning my calls. The front staff takes the extra time with me to book many appts at once. I have a routine of seeing Germaine that I started on the East Coast with my previous Dr.. Germaine has respected my routine and has been scheduling me the same for 13 years. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I hear people talk about how stressful they get when they have to go see their Drs. That they are not listened to. That is definitely NOT the case with me or my family. I am cared for, listened to. My concerns are valid and addressed. Thank to Germaine and his staff at Family First Physicians

We Have Known \u0026 Have Been Going To Dr. Germaine Since 2005 ( Over 20 Years ) Dr. Allen Germaine Is A Great Caring Physician \u0026 All His Staff Are Nice.
